Chapter 1

General provisions

§ 3.(1) The maximum rate equals the following:

• 1. up to the value of PLN 3000 – PLN 100;
• 2. over PLN 3 000 to PLN 10 000 – PLN 100 + 3% of the excess amount over PLN 3000;
• 3. over PLN 10 000 to PLN 30 000 – PLN 310 + 2% of the excess amount over PLN 10 000;
• 4. over PLN 30 000 to PLN 60 000 – PLN 710 + 1% of the excess amount over PLN 30 000;
• 5. over PLN 60 000 to PLN 1 000 000 – PLN 1 010 + 0.4% of the excess amount over PLN 60 000;
• 6. over PLN 1 000 000 to PLN 2 000 000 – PLN 4770 + 0.2% of the excess amount over PLN 1 000 000;
• 7. over PLN 2 000 000 – PLN 6 770 + 0.25% of the excess amount over PLN 2 000 000, but not more than PLN 10 000 and in the case of transactions carried out between individuals belonging to the 1st tax group in the meaning of the Act of 28 July 1983 on tax on inheritance and donations – not more than PLN 7 500.

Chapter 2

Notarial acts

Section 1

Notarial deeds

§ 9.1. Subject to paragraph. 2, the maximum rate equals:

• 1. for taking the minutes of a general meeting of shareholders of a limited liability company or a general meeting of a cooperative – PLN 750
• 2. for taking the minutes of a general meeting of shareholders – PLN 1100;
• 3. for taking the minutes of a general meeting of shareholders of another company than those said in paragraphs 1 and 2 or the minutes of board meetings of a management board, a superviosory board or an audit committee of a commercial law company – PLN 500;
• 4. for taking the minutes of meetings of a condominium – PLN 300;
• 5. for taking the minutes, which include a statement of investment funds society on the change of the articles of association of an investment fund – PLN 1000.

2. For taking the minutes of increasing a company’s equity the maximum rate is a rate said in § 3 while the basis for determining the maximum rate is the difference between the amount of increased company equity and the amount of the existing one.

Section 2

Extracts and copies

§ 12.1. For drawing up an extract from or a copy of notarial deeds or another document – the maximum rate is PLN 6 zł per every page.

2. One page is considered a text that consists of minimum 25 lines.

Section 3

Certifications

§ 13. The maximum rate is the following:

• 1. for attesting a signature or a fingerprint of an illiterate person or of a person who cannot write:
  • 1. on documents, if a subject is marked with a monetary sum – 1/10 of the maximum rate, which would be due if the document was drawn up in the form of a notarial deed, but not more than PLN 300,
  • 2. on powers of attorney and other documents – PLN 20;
• 2. for certifying the compliance of a copy with a presented document – PLN 6 per each page.
• 3. for certifying the time of presenting a document – PLN 6 per each page;
• 4. for drawing up a statement of being alive:
  • 1. in order to receive pensions or other social security benefits – PLN 5,
  • 2. for another purpose – PLN 30 zł;
• 5. for certifying that a person resides in a particular place – PLN 30.
